American Institute for Empowerment and Professionalism, Inc. is a duly registered corporation under the Securities Exchange of the Philippines. AIEP Inc. aims to provide opportunities in employment via our English language program and help bridge the gap created by the lack of English Language communication skills in many young adults.
The program is accredited by the Technological Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), a government agency which manages and supervises education and technical skills development in the Philippines, and is partnered with American Institute for English Proficiency (AIEP) Co., an English Tutorial company established in January of 2007 that continues to deliver the best international language learning.
The approach is truly exceptional, as each trainer will not only be accredited by TESDA with a Trainer’s Methodology Certificate 1, but also industry practitioners in the field of corporate training and English language tutorial who are qualified in handling both private and group trainings and seminars. The industry exposure is a prerequisite and achievement with their employment with American Institute for English Proficiency (AIEP) Co., through its various clients and student portfolios.
SPECIAL PROGRAMS
AIEP Inc. welcomes students from different countries and operates in a very lively and modern approach. This 120-hour training provides an excellent holistic approach in the fundamentals of the English Language: speaking, listening, writing, and reading. This is achieved by specializing in grammar, public speaking, and accent reduction, with a particular focus on critical thinking, confidence building, and conversational fluency.
CITE: Certificate for International Teachers of English
This 120-hr training provides a dynamic approach not only in the fundamentals of English language training, but also in the practical elements of teaching in a classroom via face-to-face or online. This is achieved by introducing various foundations on teaching methodology, lesson planning, language skill building, and internship to apply learning.

International Accreditation
We understand that you need a teaching certificate that is internationally recognized and accepted in major corporations and universities. An international accreditation gives credibility to a the training you have undergone and the certificate that you receive. The AIEP Inc. CITE is Ofqual certified (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation), which regulates qualifications, examinations and assessments in England. There are other certification body out there, but this is one of the most popular.

Communication Excellence: English Language Level 1
This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of a trainee on core competencies such as being able to write an defective resume with its cover letter, having the ability to create presentations for promotion, and acing job interviews.
It includes common competencies such as the four macro skills of the English Language: speaking, writing, listening and reading.
It also includes basic competencies such as; neutral American accent, pronunciation, intensive grammar, anc common competencies, and common writing errors, and speech blunders.
LEO SCHEDULE:
Due to IATF protocols, our TESDA program has been approved for LEO: Learn English Online program, which is an asynchronous, modular, and virtual online course. This is self-paced, meaning you will have the flexibility to access the course online at your desired schedule.

SPECIAL STUDY PERMIT (SSP)
The Special Study Permit (SSP) is issued by the Philippine Bureau of Immigration for foreigners who wish to engage in short-term study in the Philippines. It is only issued in the Philippines. Eligible nationals who plan to enroll in non-degree courses, including English, that last for less than one (1) year may first apply for tourist visas at the Philippine Embassy but should get the SSP upon arrival in the Philippines.
Minimum entry requirements for the Special Study Permit follow:
- Passport valid for six (6) months from the date of intended entry to the Philippines;
- Duly notarized letter from the applicant requesting the issuance of the permit;
- Duly accomplished and notarized application form;
- Certificate of acceptance issued by the learning institutions duly accredited by the Bureau of Immigration;
- Plain photocopy of the applicant??s passport reflecting its data page, entry stamp and authorized stay of not less than 20 days from the date of filing; and
- Bureau of Immigration Clearance Certificate.
Prepare all the required documents and submit the application through your tour operator. The application and other documentary requirements must be filed at the Bureau of Immigration located at Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila. For more information, please visit http://www.immigration.gov.ph/
